The Barriers Are Real.
So Is Our Solution.
Access to capital is the greatest barrier women entrepreneurs encounter — and if you’re a woman of color, the barriers are even higher. While female founders of color are outpacing men in starting and growing companies in record numbers every year, Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors cite “inability to find them” as the number one reason their investment dollars aren’t going to them.
The other reason cited? Perceived lack of preparedness and readiness for funding.
Well, we find that those theories are garbage. So we created the solution to make sure women of color are not just found — but fully prepared.
Mogul Chix® Academy presents Funding School™ — a three-week course designed to help you understand funding, know what investors are looking for, where to find them, how to build real relationships, how to pitch, and how to actually get the funding.
How It Works
Three focused weeks, one module at a time — building your funding knowledge from foundation to pitch-ready.
Twenty carefully sequenced topics covering everything from understanding funding types to executing your pitch in front of real investors.
Attend live for real-time interaction with your instructor and peers, or choose self-study (coming soon) and move at your own pace.
Funding School™ is different from the general Academy in that it focuses exclusively on funding. Live courses run in three-week intervals, three times per year, delivered via private Zoom — three consecutive weeks, starting at 9AM PST | 12PM EST. Attend from your home, office, or anywhere with an internet connection.
Attendees have full access to course materials and audio/video replays for the duration of the Funding School™ cycle. Complete ongoing support is available via phone or email from the instructor during the program and for three months after completion.
