Mogul Chix® provides business growth advisory services, structured business education, private one-on-one CEO coaching, discounts on B2B services and resources, and strategic networking opportunities. We take a Founders First approach, and connect the dots for Female Founders to build strong companies, and bridge the gap between them and investors.
The Mogul Chix® mission is simple. We are preparing female-founded companies to grow, scale, and eventually become investment ready. We help companies focus on growth and scalability, reaching and maintaining long-term profitability, team building, expansion and management, perfecting customer acquisition, relations and retention, sustainable revenue generation, perfecting systems and processes, and funding strategies — to ensure their companies are investment ready and positioned in front of the right investors.
A Hands-On Growth Accelerator Experience
The Mogul Chix® Academy was created to give high-performing Female Founders a hands-on growth accelerator experience unlike anything else available today. We provide live training to help you achieve explosive growth — and lifetime support to all graduates of the Accelerator.
Our Growth Accelerator curriculum was designed around the common core questions keeping CEOs up at night. The Accelerator provides you with skills, technical assistance, tools, and advisory in a one-to-one and group environment. We help you identify the problems and missed opportunities that keep you from growth, develop actionable plans, implement proven strategies, position your company for real growth, and get you to rethink the way you do business.
The Growth Accelerator is offered live, twice per year — in March and September.
Growth Clinics & Office Hours
In addition to the Accelerator, we offer mastery classes and workshops on specific themes, led by a select group of vetted partners who are experts in their fields. Clinics come with Office Hours — 15–30 minute advisory sessions with our experts.
Angel Investor Bootcamp
We teach women to become accredited investors and learn how to invest and build wealth as an Angel Investor. This bootcamp is a gateway to our Mogul Chix® Angel Network and our Angel Fund (by invitation only).
Funding School™
For founders who are only interested in obtaining investment capital, Funding School™ teaches everything you need to know about the different types of funding available to entrepreneurs, as well as the steps you need to take to prepare your company — and yourself — to pitch for funding. My mission is to build confidence, leadership, and PROFITABILITY in high-performing Female Founders. I’ve spent a lot of years in the trenches where there weren’t many women who looked like me. I’m a half-Black, half-Latina entrepreneur who has broken barriers, challenged the status quo, and worked tirelessly to level the playing field for us. I’ve experienced being the only one of us in a room, and I’ve experienced not being allowed in rooms. But I’ve always found my way in — bringing others along with me.
I’m staging a takeover. And I’m bringing as many of you with me as I can.
I am solely focused on leveling the playing field by delivering powerful and measurable results; providing direct strategies to achieve next-level success; opening the eyes, ears, minds, and hearts to new ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable. I’m building MOGULS who go on to build 7, 8, and 9+ figure companies.
Armed with over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, I launched Mogul Chix® in 2015. My background includes staffing & HR, diversity, operations planning, product & service optimization, revenue planning, tech & digital platforms, customer experience design, training, fundraising, brand expansion, business growth strategy, global expansion planning, and content production.
Did you know I launched my very first company in 1994 — a staffing agency? I went on to run several more successful over the years before starting Mogul Chix®.
I’m an investor, serial entrepreneur, growth strategist, talent advisor, and avid techie dedicated to promoting inclusion in the VC and startup community. I am ultra-passionate about getting more access and exposure for women.
I was privileged to have been a mentor for the Straight Shot Accelerator in Omaha, NE, which helps guide startups in the SaaS and e-commerce space into successfully launched ventures. I’ve been creating learning platforms for women in business, and host my own podcast Mogul Chix Chat. I am a published author, speaker, and now tech entrepreneur.
